After more than a decade in traditional fitness, Coach Brock discovered CrossFit in 2007—and famously quit halfway through his very first workout. Like many, he quickly realized it demanded a different approach. He came back smarter, stronger, and hooked for life.

Years later, Coach Brock is still pushing limits, having fun, and helping others accomplish things they once thought were impossible. His coaching style blends experience, encouragement, and a genuine love for seeing people grow—both inside and outside the gym.
