How It Works

For drop-in guests at Cape Fear CrossFit, simply show up a few minutes before the class you'd like to join. Our experienced coaches will guide you through the workout and ensure you have a safe and enjoyable session. Feel free to ask any questions and immerse yourself in the CrossFit experience.

Prerequisites

Prior experience with CrossFit or general fitness training is recommended for drop-in participants at Cape Fear CrossFit. While our coaches are ready to assist all skill levels, having some foundational knowledge will enhance your workout experience. Come prepared to challenge yourself and have fun in our dynamic classes!
