At Cape Fear CrossFit, we believe fitness should start early in a way that is fun, safe, and empowering. Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to help children develop confidence, body awareness, coordination, strength, and healthy habits that last a lifetime.
CrossFit Kids is more than exercise—it’s an opportunity for children to learn how to move well, challenge themselves, work with others, and build confidence in a positive environment.
What is CrossFit Kids?
CrossFit Kids is a youth strength and conditioning program specifically designed for children.
Classes combine:
- Running, jumping, climbing, and agility work
- Bodyweight movements and beginner strength exercises
- Balance, coordination, and mobility drills
- Teamwork activities and games
- Age-appropriate fitness challenges
Every class is structured to keep kids engaged, active, and learning while making fitness fun.
Our goal is to teach children that movement is exciting, rewarding, and something they can enjoy for life.
